Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to oversee and manage various building management systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
  • This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure optimal performance of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage building management systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of all systems.
  • Write detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance activities.
  • Provide recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to the building's integrated systems.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with site management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a BMS operator.
  • Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
