Senior Associate | Lead Facility

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in the Facility Department. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for our employees.

This involves coordinating external service providers for various building services, providing direct on-site support to colleagues, and proactively addressing the needs of internal clients. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts and performance of external service providers, conducting regular site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations, responding to and resolving facility-related issues reported by employees, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored facility solutions.

As a Senior Associate in the Facility Department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of facility management processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting sustainability initiatives within the facility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
