Customer Success Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our organization as a Customer Success Associate.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers proactively, provide excellent service and support, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • This position involves understanding customer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through leveraging sales acumen, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, and addressing customer queries and resolving issues efficiently with a focus on retention and growth.

Key Requirements:

  1. Graduate in any field.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with no MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  4. Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Employment Details:

  • Rotational Shifts (Female employees – day shifts until 8 PM; Male employees – full rotational shifts).
  • Working Days: 6 days a week.
