Job Title: ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in FMCG domain knowledge and SKU creation workflows. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating complex business process management systems on ServiceNow with Material Data Management platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workflow development and integration, with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design. Experience with the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management, is also essential. Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP is required, as well as experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.

Gathering business requirements and translating them into workflow solutions is a key responsibility of this role. The selected candidate will lead the workflow lifecycle, including design, testing, rollout, and support. They will also conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams and ensure that workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of data governance and stewardship principles. Strong analytical and project management skills are also necessary to drive successful workflow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows for FMCG customers
  • Integrate ServiceNow workflows with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows
  • Provide training and support to business teams on workflow implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in workflow development and integration
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow design
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and stewardship principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
