Job Description:

As a workflow expert in the FMCG domain, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows to streamline product data processes. This role involves integrating workflows with MDM platforms like Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP, as well as supporting and enhancing Skelta BPM workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow design, 6-8 years of workflow development and integration experience, and a strong understanding of the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management.

Additionally, they should possess expertise in integration with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP, as well as experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead the workflow lifecycle, from design to rollout and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
