Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across key workstreams.

This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure projects stay on track by liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings.
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation.
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance.
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a similar environment.
  • Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
  • Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.
