This key role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of complex development projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that meet deadline and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate team-wide communication and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance goals are met through participant release management cycles and quantitative analysis.
  • Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent working experience.
  • 15 years of experience in project management with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Prioritization and Multitasking:
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
Agile Performance Metrics:
  • Familiarity with Agile performance metrics and their application to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in using project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
