Sales Position Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new leads and converting them into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer requirements
- Attend inbound calls, make outbound calls to leads, and provide project details via email or WhatsApp, ensuring regular follow-up and site visits
- Handle entire sales function from lead generation to closure
- Prepare sales plans and supervise overall sales activities
- Expand customer database and maintain a potential customer data bank
- Achieve high sales targets and manage collections from customers
- Track sales team metrics, analyze data, and develop plans to address performance gaps
- Set targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives and coach individuals to improve sales performance
- Enable teams by acknowledging achievements, planning training programs, and developing skills
