We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Integration Delivery Leader to join our team.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage demand management and onboarding processes for initiatives/projects requiring integration services.
  • Lead project teams in delivering integration projects that meet business objectives, timelines, and architectural standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • At least 15 years of experience in leading delivery or project management roles, specifically within the integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects.
  • Excellent understanding of API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams.
