Job Opportunity

As a 3rd Line Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and owning support tickets related to existing customer services.

You will design and implement changes as per client requirements, working closely with the 2nd Line Service Desk team and the Solution Delivery team to assist in supporting customers and configuration tasks.

Key responsibilities include regular communication with existing customers, providing 3rd Line support for incoming customer queries, taking ownership of support tickets, planning and completing projects, documenting customer solutions, and performing DR/Failover Testing.

You will also provide support and mentoring to 2nd Line engineers, provide resources to the solution delivery team, and participate in an on-call rota for high priority incidents.
