We are seeking a skilled BIM professional to work on our team in Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with architectural and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and architectural modeling, with experience working on international projects. They will also possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, modifying, and managing models based on project specifications
  • Developing and managing Building Information Models
  • Preparing construction drawings

In addition, the successful candidate will have:

  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Full knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.

This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality drafting services to our clients worldwide.
