Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled Public Health BIM Modeler to join our organization in Mangalore, India. As a Public Health BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BIM Development: You will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models for public health projects.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: You will ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: You will ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: You will oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: You will conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
  • Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.
  • Decent knowledge about Drainage, Water Supply, Storm Water & Fire Protection Services.
  • BASIC DESIGN KNOWLEDGE regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage.
