Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned product support professional to join our team as a Senior Sustaining Engineer. This key role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in sustaining engineering principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting products through their full lifecycle, implementing design changes, driving quality initiatives, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable engineering solutions to drive business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices and enabling continuous improvement in sustaining engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle management from post-launch support to end-of-life.
  • Lead investigations and develop corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation according to industry standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong expertise in product lifecycle support and sustaining engineering.
  • Proficient in root cause analysis techniques.
  • Experience driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
