We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our emergency response team as an Animal Rescuer and Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping animals in need and has excellent communication skills.
This role involves assisting the emergency response team in handling urgent animal emergencies, rescues, and cruelty cases involving animals. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emergency calls and emails in a prompt and appropriate manner
- Coordinating with approved animal-protection organizations, volunteers, activists, government bodies, and designated officials to facilitate emergency rescues
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will be responsible for arranging timely help for animals in need with the assistance of senior paravets and office assistants. Additional duties may include filing police complaints, maintaining records, and participating in professional development training. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
