Job Title: Evening Operations Manager

 

The Role:

 

As an Evening Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth ticketing operations during night hours. You will work independently and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours.
  • Handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

· Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.

· Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.

· Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.

Work Hours (Night Shift):

Sunday to Friday: 06:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Week Offs & Holidays: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM

 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to managing bookings, cancellations, rebooking, handling customer service inquiries, resolving ticketing-related issues, working on GDS platforms for reservations and ticket issuance, maintaining accurate transaction logs, preparing daily reports and adhering to company policies.
