Job Title: Senior Debt Capital Market Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic pitch books, comprehensive capital structure analyses, debt profiles, and in-depth credit memos.
  • Conduct issuer- and target-related analyses, including market analysis, company profiles, credit highlights, balance sheet analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Prepare timely market updates/newsletters with insightful commentary, detailed trading levels, recent issuances, and key economic events.
  • Support clients in preparing and collating Investor Profiles for road show schedules.
  • Quality check analysts' work to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports to clients, while maintaining open communication channels with seniors regarding any potential delays.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-8 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of databases, such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, Thomson, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of the fixed income market and its dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently, manage research projects, and apply expertise to drive client solutions.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Post-Graduation degree in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA, CA).
