Job Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions built on Microsoft technologies.

This individual will play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable and secure architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring technical excellence across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture design for .NET-based applications (Web, API, Microservices)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Define architectural standards, coding practices, and patterns for teams to follow
  • Design and implement solutions using .NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework
  • Create and review technical documentation: solution blueprints, data models, API specs
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Guide integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, third-party APIs)
  • Evaluate and recommend cloud-native architectures on Azure or AWS
  • Support DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and deployment automation
  • Participate in code reviews and technical audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting .NET applications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing applications
  • Proven track record of successful solution delivery in complex environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TOGAF or Azure Architect certification
  • Experience with AI/ML integration, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or other front-end frameworks
