We are seeking an experienced data architect to lead our ETL development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines using IBM DataStage.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop ETL Jobs: Utilize IBM DataStage to create efficient and scalable data integration solutions.
  • Write Optimized SQL Queries: Leverage your expertise in Teradata to write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data analysts and business users to implement integration solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Data Validation and Reconciliation: Perform manual and automated data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for data discrepancies and ETL failures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Reusable Job Components: Develop reusable DataStage job components and adhere to data modeling best practices.
  • ETL Job Management: Monitor ETL jobs and manage dependencies via Job Sequencers or Airflow.
  • Documentation: Document workflows, mappings, and data dictionaries to ensure transparency and accountability.
