Document Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in creating high-quality technical documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, concise, and user-friendly content that meets the company's writing style guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define target audience and develop manuals that meet industry standards.
  • Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product overviews.
  • Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
  • Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
  • Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving customer experience (UX).
  • Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing various documents.
  • Coordinate with trainers for required document deliverables.
  • Proven English writing skills and knowledge of MSTP are required.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.
  • Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio experience is preferred.
