Job Title: Principal Lead

About the Role

This role will involve overseeing the management of physical hardware including Cisco, Lenovo, and Cisco UCS. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining complex systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware Management: Manage and maintain physical hardware including Cisco, Lenovo, and Cisco UCS.
  • Firmware Updates: Patch and upgrade firmware to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Virtualization: Administer VMWare Platform and ESXi at a level 3 support tier.
  • AWS Infrastructure: Manage AWS infrastructure, including load balancers and EC2 instances for compute and instance management.
