Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to join our team.

  • This is a senior leadership role that oversees the planning, development, and maintenance of our infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities needs are met, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in reducing workplace-related risks through maintenance contracts, routine inspections, and scheduled downtimes.
  • Closing relationships with local authorities and stakeholders will be key in resolving facility-related issues and ensuring compliance with legal and engineering standards.
  • This role also involves implementing energy-saving initiatives to reduce utility costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing engineering and operational budgets and contracts.
  • Compiling lists of spare materials for installations based on recommendations and inventory management.
  • Conducting audits to identify areas for improvement in technical, cost-saving, risk management, and energy efficiency.
  • Submitting regular reports on maintenance contracts, incident reports, and improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of industry experience as an engineer (electrical, mechanical, or civil).
  • A post-graduate degree in engineering or business administration.
  • At least five years of experience in managing contracts of works.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety requirements and improvement initiatives.
