Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT professional to lead our network and cloud infrastructure team. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and effective communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of network and cloud administrators, developing scalable processes, and ensuring consistent service delivery across our client portfolio.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and operational best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and network technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure monitoring systems (e.g., Logic Monitor & Solar Winds).
