Drive Digital Transformation as an IT Manager

Seeking an experienced IT professional to drive digital transformation within a dynamic organization.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the planning, management, and operation of IT infrastructure, applications, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies, architecture, and processes that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage local IT infrastructure, ensuring operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT infrastructure needs and analyze business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT and serve as IT support lead for the assigned organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working in a factory set up and exposure to managing IT setup for OT environments.
  • Lead digitalization initiatives like smart factory and automation.
