IGT Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager - Asia Pacific. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur/Manila and reports to the Vice President. The successful candidate will be responsible to develop an account-level strategy for customer/s.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Global Alliances: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Provide strategic support to shareholders on business plan review and implementation.
  • Customer Expectation Management: Manage client expectations through active participation in steering committee review meetings.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales revenue and profitability goals in the APAC region.

Our ideal candidate has 12-18 years of experience in BPO/CX account management at a leadership level. A proven track record in BPO and/or ITES sales is essential. The candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of the Travel/TTH/Airline industry.

We offer a competitive salary of around **$80,000 - $120,000 per annum** depending on experience, along with other benefits that align with our non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias.
