Lead HVAC Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Lead HVAC Designer to spearhead our high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

This is a unique opportunity for an innovative professional to lead our team in designing world-class heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards and be well-versed in the design of complex HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and leading the implementation of comprehensive HVAC plans for high-rise buildings.
  • Developing detailed budgets and estimates for HVAC systems.
  • Collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building designs.
  • Evaluating and selecting suitable HVAC equipment and materials.
  • Managing and mentoring junior engineers and designers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project timelines and standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in high-rise buildings.
  • Excellent knowledge of ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Revit and BIM software.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
