Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team.

This role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality design output across these systems, meeting project objectives, specifications, codes, and standards.

  • Deliver project discipline scope elements in compliance with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Lead and support concept, schematic, and detailed design development of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
  • Perform engineering calculations for HVAC loads, PHE, and Firefighting systems; select suitable systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 5-10 years of total experience, with a strong knowledge and experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system design.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP & BIM360 platforms.
  • Good understanding of engineering codes, standards, and authorities' regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide mechanical engineering expertise in the design and development of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.

This includes:

  1. Developing and maintaining accurate and detailed designs of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Conducting regular site visits to inspect and verify the installation and operation of designed systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
