Luxury Residential Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Residential Sales Professional to join our team at 32nd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our luxury real estate offerings to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and Ultra HNI Clients.
Job Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with potential HNI/Ultra HNI clients through targeted networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI/Ultra HNI clients, channel partners, investors, high-profile individuals, and business leaders.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve residential sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide regular market analysis and reports to the senior management team.
- Track and analyze sales data, including conversion rates and revenue.
- 4-10 years of experience in ultra-luxury residential real estate sales, specifically working with HNI clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth.
