Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at Luxury Fix RIYADH SAUDI ARABIA WORKSHOP. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering customer-focused service, handling after-sales inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Service Advisor must have a clear command of the Arabic Language and should have good experience with the Premium Car segment.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Aftersales skills
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
