Seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and growth. You will oversee daily operations of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms while mentoring a team and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure marketing success.

About the Role
  • Develop and drive comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of PPC Executives and Specialists; ensure their professional growth and skill development through training, goal-setting, and feedback.
  • Take full ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data and trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee campaign structuring, ad copy creation, A/B testing, keyword strategies, bidding models, and budget allocation.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Search (PPC in edtech Industry), with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Deep expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Proven ability to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns with measurable business impact.
