We are seeking a seasoned professional to cultivate relationships with international organizations and clients for our specialty and niche products. As a key member of our global sales and business development team, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of our products to current and new international markets and ensuring consistent growth in exports sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with international customers.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on export sales performance, market insights, and strategies.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding our product exports to existing and new markets.
  • Evaluate and adjust the strategy based on market dynamics and competition.
  • Stay updated on international market trends, trade regulations, and economic factors.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Business Management, Digital Marketing, Pharmaceutical/Hospital Management).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an international B2B sales and business development role in a pharmaceutical/healthcare/medical device company.
  • Awareness and focused experience on Global Healthcare tenders (NGOs & MOH requirements)/Named Patient Supplies for Unregistered products/'Special Permit Imports' in developing markets would be highly preferred.
  • Prior experience of working on marketing material preparation and participation in Global Healthcare Exhibitions would be preferred.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding export sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required (approx. 3-4 times in a year). Adaptability to different international markets and cultures.
  • Proficient in Generative AI tools usage, email writing, MS Office, international B2B client connect, and online marketing tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, ethical, and organized individual with attention to detail required.
  • Proactiveness in understanding client requirements and strong commitment to provide exceptional client service.
