Automation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our automation projects and manage teams of technicians.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PLC programming, PID control, and communication protocols.

  • PLC Programming: Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram (FBD)
  • PID Control & Loop Tuning
  • Communication Protocols: Modbus, CC-Link, RS-232, Ethernet TCP/IP, Wireless, IoT
  • Worked with MQTT protocol
  • Platforms Used: Mitsubishi, Siemens, Schneider
  • IO List Preparation & Review
  • SCADA / HMI Development (Preferred)
  • Panel Engineering Knowledge

The selected candidate should have strong instrumentation and electrical knowledge, including thermocouple, pressure, and level transmitters/switches, proximity sensors, modulating valves, and familiarity with safety systems.

Site commissioning experience is essential, along with hands-on panel wiring, termination, and willingness for physical work during setup. Experience in multi-site execution and project management is also desirable.

The successful candidate will lead teams or technicians, manage industrial automation projects, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.

Excellent documentation and communication skills are required, including functional design specification, IO documentation, wiring diagrams, control panel layout, and reporting to stakeholders.
