**About the Role:**

As a Senior Automation Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Your technical expertise and proven track record in automation will enable you to drive scalable growth and deliver sustainable outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, execute, and deliver complex automation projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and are completed on time.
  • Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, ensuring their reliability and performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

**Education and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.

**Technical Skills:**

  • Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, and AWS S3.
  • Product management & scoping: Experienced in technical scoping & project/scrum management.

**Additional Information:**

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
