Job Description

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing compensation structures that align with business objectives and market competitiveness.

Compensation Strategy & Design:-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures (fixed, variable, incentives, retention plans).
  • Conduct benchmarking, salary surveys, and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.

Benefits Administration:

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure fair, transparent, and performance-driven reward systems.

Performance & Rewards:

  • Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
  • Provide recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, and company policies.
  • Maintain governance and documentation for compensation & benefits programs.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce cost analysis.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

  • Communicate reward policies, benefits, and compensation philosophy effectively to employees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to pay, benefits, and rewards.

Special Projects:

  • Support M&A integration, organization restructuring, and mobility programs from a rewards perspective.
  • Partner with global/region teams to drive consistency in Total Rewards programs.
