Procurement and Sourcing Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a procurement and sourcing specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with internal stakeholders, validating purchase requisitions, and resolving supplier issues.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in business, supply chain, economics, or international trade, with 12 to 24 months of relevant experience. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and subject matter expertise in procurement.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Validate purchase requisitions and route them to the right buying channel
  • Handle escalated supplier issues and resolve conflicts
  • Identify process improvement opportunities
  • Provide procurement knowledge and reporting on supplier non-compliance
  • Evaluate and escalate any issue to the team leader

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in business, supply chain, economics, or international trade
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Subject matter expertise in procurement
  • Knowledge of standard IT applications and SAP environment
