This role focuses on compensation and benefits management, ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.
As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and analysing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). You will also support the design and implementation of compensation policies, collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting, conduct salary benchmarking and market research, and drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyse compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting to ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- 2-7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
- Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
