About the Role

The Procurement and Supply Chain Executive is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials and services. It requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
  • Negotiating PO terms with vendors to achieve best value.
  • Issuing purchase orders and tracking delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.
  • Handling QC reports, rejections, and replacements.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse and operations teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
