Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and academic qualifications, along with certification as a Solution Consultant level 1. They should also possess practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations, as well as industry certifications.

Key responsibilities include working closely with Solution Architects and Senior Solution Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification Solution Consultant level 1 is a must. Anything above is a plus.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
