Strong system design and architecture skills, functional or object-oriented programming skills, clean coding principles, and knowledge of common design patterns.2. Proficiency in backend development using languages like Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, and willingness to upskill on other stacks as needed.3. Expertise in database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and RDBMS, including strong SQL and performance tuning skills.4. Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and product development methodologies like Agile.5. Strong design skills in defining API data contracts, object-oriented analysis and design, microservices, data models, concurrency concepts, and user interface development using modern web frameworks like React.6. Soft skills such as problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and confidence in expressing opinions.Your daily responsibilities may include:1. Leading a team with a hands-on approach, guiding engineering leaders who are well-versed in the technologies used in the stack.2. Conducting design and code reviews to ensure high-quality implementation.3. Creating design artifacts for implementation and developing cloud-native applications that run on GCP/AWS.4. Developing 'zero-defect software' and test cases alongside implementation, building UI components, APIs, business components, microservices, and more to simplify the user journey.5. Analyzing support tickets raised by clients, proposing solutions to fix issues, and interacting frequently with customers to understand their challenges and bring customer insights to the team.6. Collaborating closely with the Product team, other Business Teams, and Enabler pods to determine business priorities, setting up processes that ensure high quality and excellence, aligning with IDfy development principles, and bringing a culture of ownership and innovation to the POD.
