Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and React framework, along with a solid understanding of API development, messaging systems, and cloud platforms.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based microservices and APIs.
  • Implementing and optimizing solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Config Server, and API Gateway.
  • Working on Kafka/RabbitMQ for event-driven and messaging architectures.
  • Developing user-facing applications with React framework.
  • Writing high-quality, maintainable code with thorough unit testing (UTs).
  • Implementing reactive programming concepts and managing multithreading where required.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Overall Experience: 7+ years in software development leadership.
  • Java (8 & above): Strong programming skills – Mandatory.
  • Microservices: 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Spring Boot + Spring Framework: 4+ years.
  • Kafka: Minimum 1 year (Apache Kafka expertise required).
  • Database: 4+ years (SQL, JPA/Hibernate – at least 2 years).
  • React Framework: Working experience in building UI applications.
  • Reactive Programming: Good to have, with knowledge of multithreading.
  • Cloud (AWS preferred): Good to have.
