This role is ideal for an experienced software developer who has worked extensively with modern enterprise tech stacks and now wants to train and guide the next generation of developers through structured classroom sessions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom sessions on topics including front-end foundations, back-end development, databases, DevOps & Deployment, and software engineering practices.

  • Deliver structured classroom sessions on topics including:
  • Front-end foundations (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Back-end development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
  • Databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
  • DevOps & Deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms)
  • Software engineering practices (Git/GitHub, Testing, Agile, Design Patterns)
  • Guide students through in-class practical and real-world projects.
  • Provide mentorship, code reviews, and feedback aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with our curriculum team to enhance content and teaching materials.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10+ years industry experience as a software developer / senior engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript, and SQL/Databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Git workflows, testing frameworks, design patterns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
