About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineering Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data engineering and wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

As a Data Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying large-scale data processing systems that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, data science, and operations, to ensure that our data engineering solutions are aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable data processing systems using distributed technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to understand their requirements and provide them with data products that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate data engineering solutions into our product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines that collect, process, and store large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data engineering with expertise in distributed technologies.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
