Senior Business Systems Specialist

Overview
\As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the implementation cycle from start to finish. This includes mentoring consultants and ensuring 100% quality on each delivery.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Mentor Implementation consultants to be effective in their work
- Implement large-volume portfolios of customer accounts
- Manage the Implementation cycle end-to-end
- Develop a strategy for each engagement by identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended plans of action
Required Skills and Qualifications
\A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry is required. You should have PMP and ITIL certification, as well as at least 12 years of experience in the field, including 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
