As a seasoned Database Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable database systems using MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing robust database architectures to support large-scale data storage and retrieval
  • Implementing efficient database solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS DevOps
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Python-based projects leveraging proficient knowledge of syntax and concepts
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting databases using Datadog to ensure optimal performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Linux - basic shell scripting and system administration
  • Docker/containers - advanced working knowledge and experience
  • Kubernetes/kubectl - expert-level understanding and hands-on experience
  • AWS - AWS DevOps certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Python - proficient in syntax and concepts, with a strong focus on development best practices
  • MySQL - expert-level knowledge and experience in database design and implementation
  • GitHub - experienced in version control and collaboration
  • Terraform - intermediate to expert-level knowledge and experience
  • Ansible - basic understanding and experience
  • Monitoring/alerting - intermediate to expert-level knowledge and experience in Datadog
