Job Opportunity: Agricultural Sales Expert

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled sales professional to oversee agricultural operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a network of distributors, managing entire sales activities in designated territories, and conducting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing partnerships with distributors and sub-dealers
  • Overseeing sales operations in multiple districts
  • Executing marketing strategies across assigned areas
  • Generating 6-8 leads daily through on-farm meetings
  • Collections and payments from distributors and partners
  • Field visits as per route plan and performing business development work
  • Encouraging distributors' teams to generate customer inquiries

This is a challenging position that requires excellent sales and marketing skills. The ideal candidate should possess experience in agricultural sales, proven track records of achieving targets, and a strong passion for agriculture.
