APAC AMET Senior Compensation Specialist

We are on a mission to foster innovation and customer-centricity in our organization. To achieve this, we are seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to join our APAC AMET team.
This role will involve designing compensation strategies that drive business growth and attract top talent. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with senior leaders to develop creative solutions for complex compensation challenges
- Leveraging data insights to inform strategic initiatives that influence our ability to attract and retain talent
- Driving impactful compensation programs across multiple markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in finance, compensation, or consulting
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and be nimble in a fast-paced environment
