Project Delivery Director

Job Description:

As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks for demand management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and directors to prioritize, plan, schedule, and deliver projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve delivery excellence.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate interdependencies between workstreams.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Engage with clients at various levels of the organization.
  • Author and review contracts, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training and audit requirements.
  • Develop executive-level reporting decks with varying data detail.
Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in IT and business, with a strong background in delivery, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
  • Strong presence in meetings and elevated attention to detail.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Visio, and PPT skills.
  • Skilled in JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines with shifting priorities.
  • Previous technical project management experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in estimation of work and transition/transformation of large-scale initiatives.
