**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive Director to lead the delivery of sizeable projects. This is a key role that will oversee the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

The successful candidate will have expertise in project management methodologies, SDLC best practices, and Agile principles. They will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery team is practicing core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes to monitor, document, and report financials, quality, risks, and KPIs.
  • Oversee process improvement development and determine areas for improvement of project-related processes.
  • Ensure that the delivery team is practicing core Agile principles.
  • Actively participate in process improvement development.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project and program management within an IT/infrastructure, datacenter, or SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, SDLC best practices, and Agile principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor on large, complex technical projects.
  • Technical proficiency with Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence).
  • Proven experience operating in dynamic global matrix and cross-functional organizations.
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English - written and spoken.
