Lead Debt Syndication Specialist

Manage the end-to-end process of debt syndication, structuring loan proposals, and negotiating with banks. Lead clients in accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee loan documentation preparation, review, and submission ensuring compliance with banking, RBI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and deal closures.
  • Stay updated on financial products, government incentives, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide informed borrowing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to gather financial data, business projections, and supporting documents for proposals.
  • Continuously expand relationships with lenders, government agencies, and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes and their application in financing.
  • Proven track record in successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with CXOs and bankers.
  • Robust network of banking and financial services contacts.
