Senior Financial Advisor Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Advisor to join our advisory team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, taxation, or project advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and prepare comprehensive financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Develop strategic financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support business decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure compliance with Direct Tax, GST, and TDS regulations, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA - Inter, Mcom, Bcom
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously
