Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Experience Level: 5

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Developer with deep expertise in implementing and optimizing the ITOM suite. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, technical proficiency, and a consultative mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, CSDM)Design and maintain robust CMDB architecture aligned with CSDM standardsConfigure and optimize Discovery probes and patterns for accurate infrastructure mappingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.)Conduct gap analysis, data normalization, and reconciliation strategies for CMDB health

This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex systems, collaborating with teams, and driving digital transformation across multiple industries. They will design and implement robust architectures, configure and optimize tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additionally, this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules, as well as experience with configuration and optimization, is essential for success in this role.
